Highlights
Professor Bhawani Datt Joshi did M. Sc. in Physics (with solid State Physics) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 1993. He has started teaching Physics (both in PCL and Bachelors level) at Siddhanath Science Campus (TU), Mahendranagar, Nepal since 1994. He has been graduated with PhD degree from the University of Lucknow, Lucknow, India in 2013 under the supervision of Professor Poonam Tandon and studied PostDoc from Universidade Federal do Ceará, Brazil in 2015 with Professor Alejandro Pedro Ayala. He has published more than forty research papers on the national and international peer reviewed journals and, participated more than fifteen national and international level scientific conferences. He is working as Program Coordinator (M. Sc. Physics), Coordinator (Research Management Cell, Campus Unit) and member of Campus Development Committee. Prof. Joshi is president of Nepal Physical Society, Sudurpaschim Chapter, Nepal. Currently, he is supervising PhD, MSc and Bachelor students and teaching both MSc and BSc students. His research field is vibrational spectroscopy and quantum chemistry.
